- We will ask you to send back or dispose of the item/s

HOW DO I RETURN A POP MART STORE PURCHASE
The original receipt of purchase is required along with return or refund faulty products with 30 days of purchase.
SO, IF THE ITEM/S YOU RECEIVE IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED
If your product is faulty, incorrect, not as described or damaged, we will provide you with a free return (or we may ask you to dispose of it).
And we will arrange a replacement or refund after your confirmation.
For returns, we will advise you on how to send the item back, the shipping cost will be at our expense.
Please kindly understand that we ONLY accept returns for the reason of FAULTY or DAMAGED.
