POP MART 5-DAY RETURN POLICY
- Please direct all return inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org within five(5) days of the date of receipt. Returns made without contacting us first via email will not be honoured. Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging can be returned only if unopened. Blind box items can be returned only if unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Securely pack your return and use your prepaid label.
- Check your email for return confirmation – refunds are typically processed within 3-5 days of receiving your return.
